Love the wig, style is great! The color was not what I expected but kept it because of how nice it looks. I will order another one and hopefully get the color I really want!

I have enjoyed the wigs I received from wigs.com--at least until the last order. I ordered a blonde, average Winner, but received a shipment of two wigs, not one. The second was a chestnut, large Winner which I did not order. Fortunately, I was not charged for it either. Wanting to be a good, honest customer, I reported the error to wigs.com and offered to return the chestnut wig if they could advise me how to return it without paying return postage for a problem not of my making. I never heard from them! I still have the wig, new, in the box, and will probably donate it unless I hear from wigs.com within about 3 months.

This is a very nice wig. The texture is very soft and realistic. Will enjoy wearing it.

Good products and customer services are courteous and expedient

There's a large selection of hairpieces. So many, that you can find the right attachment, color, and style. When I have had to call with a color question, the suggestions were always very helpful. My only problem is they send way too many emails.

The delivery of my purchase took too long.

Photos of this wig are adorable! I ordered two in two different colors and was so excited about going a bit shorter. However, they are not as pictured at all. Way too short and choppy not at all like expected. Very disappointed!!!
