I have ordered from Wigs.com 4 times, ordering a total of 5 wigs, and having returned 1. I had no problems with Wigs.com as a retailer (reasonably fast shipment and honored return agreement) and was generally satisfied with the manufacturer. All 5 wigs were by Ellen Wille. I ordered one model, Tab, was greatly satisfied so re-ordered it in a different color but was significantly less satisfied with the second Tab wig. That was my only difficulty. However, this has nothing to do with Wigs.com which, from my experience is a reputable company.

I love the wig I ordered. The quality is perfect and I would order this again. People always ask me what salon I use for my hair color..Delivery was quick and efficient. The company is very professional.

This is the fourth Sparkle wig I have purchased since I could no longer get my favorite, which was Sharpe. They are consistently excellent quality for the price, even though they tend to vary slightly in the styling - some have a little more wave than others and hold up better after being washed. Everyone I meet is astounded that it is a wig after asking who does my hair, to which I reply, “Raquel Welch.”
