Good delivery time. Unfortunately, the color didn't work so it was returned.

Recently I bought two new styles on sales. I really appreciate the discount and you advertise them well. I’ve been shopping on wigs.com for well on a decade and appreciate the large selection and the search filters. The purchasing process is easy. The refund or replace service is great and quick. I’ve called customer service a few times over the years and they were so pleasant and responsive. And they’re live reps who always resolved the concern. Thank you Wigs.com!

When spending $1,228.00 on a hair piece, not knowing if the color, fit, etc. is right for you, it takes a tremendous amount of pressure off knowing you can return it if necessary.

Very easy return process. I liked the hair I bought, but the color didn't match, return process is easy enough. I wish you could just purchase a color ring or purchase a few shades individually before committing to a full piece, would help me decide much easier.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Feb 24, 2026
Lydia, We're glad you found our return process easy! We appreciate your suggestion about the color options. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll consider it for future improvements to help customers find their perfect match.
