Wigs.com makes every effort to make something as difficult as buying a wig online an easier experience. The prices are good especially when they have their sales. The videos can help getting an idea of what the wig actually looks like. Their return policy is fair and that is why they earn four stars for me.

Very good and beautiful but can you bring more toppers with wavy hair? There is only one style of nice curls, i tried everything else, I love it, but we need more beach wavy toppers more

The wig just wasnt me, so I had to send it back. Nothing bad from the company, just not right for me. Customer service quickly answered my emails. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars out of 5 was 1) because no return label is supplied and you have to pay to return it. The wigs are very expensive, so a return label would be nice, and 2) the restocking fee is ridiculous in this day and age.

Very good customer service. No problems with exchanges if you don’t like the color of the product. It would have been 5*s if they credited me for the shipping as well. I had to pay to ship it back and had to pay for shipping again to get the new product that I exchanged it for.

I Buy the same wig every three months. Thus time I wanted to change the color just a shade and asked the girl to send me two in one shade lighter then I have been buying. She sent me the ones she thought was what I wanted. They were not. I will return them fir my old shade. The people you deal with in this company are wonderful, helpful and professional. Best wig company ever.

In general - I most appreciate the good pricing, variety and video of models wearing the wigs. Their customer service sometimes falls through the cracks. For example - I reviewed two wigs on the same day, and got reward points for only one of my reviews when both were posted on the site. Plus they didn’t post my pics - which made me wonder why and if the reviews are carefully edited.
