Great wigs and customer service. Also excellent videos showing each wig from every angle. Colors are lovely. Prices are best when they have their frequent 30% off sales, and you get points for future visits. No returns yet, but I have read they are good. I really liked customer reviews with their "real people" photos. So far I give wigs.com a "10" .

I ordered an Envy wig and I liked it so much that I ordered a 2nd one in a different color. I wasn't happy with the color of the 2nd one so I called customer and they made my return and re-order process very easy. The wigs are nice quality and very fast shipping. Customer service is great!

Very soft hair. Great color match for my own hair. However, it wasn’t very full so it didn’t cover and blend in with my own curly hair. Except for the thinness. I was impressed by its softness.

Very responsive to any issues, great products, very affordable and amazing deals...my 1st order was cancelled and refunded, I called and found that one of the wigs I ordered was discontinued and the rep could not find anything on the 2nd one I ordered...I placed a new order and am very pleased with the 2 wigs I ordered (Flirt and Patchy 6)...Patchy was on back order but was given the option to wait for it, chose a different color or order a different one with the same discount applied...Thank you Wigs.com and I will continue to order wigs from this site!

I love love love my Vivica Fox wig! It looks so real no one can tell it's a wig. It arrived quickly.
