Great service and fast. I find it so hard to tell wig colors. The little squares are too small and not enough description. For example some wigs color changes on lower back but this is never shown or mentioned. It would be helpful when you look at colors, the one you are looking at appears on the model. And in the brochure, every different color should be shown on at least one wig so you get an idea what it looks like. I purchased a Gabor wig and like the color but am afraid to try another brand in a new style because I can’t tell the color. I have tried color samples but they are small a don’t give whole picture. Even a better written description might help.

The product I ordered was back ordered for several months so I can not review the item. I can say that dealing with Wigs.com was an excellent experience. They notified very quickly that the item would not be available for several months. When I asked for a refund they did not hesitate. No questions. The customer service speaks volume. I will be buying other products from them in the future.

I would have given five stars, but the product seems to be getting skimpier. Less coverage from the same wig that I have been ordering.

Each wig I order, same brand and style, is different. It would be nice if there was some consistency to the style.
