I've ordered at least 10 wigs from wigs.com over the past year. Most of the wigs were of high quality. If the tags were still on, they allowed me to return the ones I didn't like. However, along with return postage, there was a fee for each wig that was returned. In spite of that, I will continue to purchase from them especially when they have a 30 % off sale!

I love the variety and quality of hair styles. A couple of times that I needed to contact customer service, they were very professional and helpful.

I have only had fantastic experiences ordering from WIGS.COM.

I have bought many wigs from wigs.Com and it is always a smooth and pleasant experience. They have a very well laid out website that is easy to use. Their selection can't be beat. I've never run into anything being on backorder, the shipping is fast even to Alaska! The customer service representatives are friendly, informative and very helpful. As a women with complete hair loss they have really helped me get some self confidence back!

I have been buying from Wigs.com since 2009 when I lost my hair to Alopecia. I lived in Italy at the time and had the wigs sent there. Now back in the US I order a couple/year and love to experiment. Their customer service is superb, prices fair and quality great (with few exceptions). Having no hair at all wigs can be very uncomfortable and easily slide around (and/or blow off). So the cap is very important and there are many choices on this site to find something comfortable. And colors are nearly always true. I highly recommend them (and often to so to many people). Try calling and you'll experience their wonderful customer service.
