Was very pleased with the help I received. But unfortunately it was to small and didn’t look good on. Returning the item was no problem at all and my refund was posted quickly. Looking forward to purchasing another wig in the future. One thing though I was hoping to see toppers that I could purchase but didn’t see any.

I would recommend Wigs.com to anyone who has no access to a walk in shop. We live in a very remote area and the nearest wig store is 55 miles away, has a very limited selection, and quite high prices. The quality was as expected, the color was perfect, but the cut was a little shorter than I had anticipated. That's the problem when you can't try them on. Over all, I am very pleased and glad to have quality wigs available on line at a great price. Thank you.

wigs.com has a good selection of products, good prices, and great sales. I bought two wigs, unfortunately neither was right for me and I had to return them. I received notification of receipt in a timely manner and my refund was processed quickly as well. I only gave 4 stars because of the rather large costs involved in returns - not only a processing fee but paying for shipping as well (after paying full price for the original shipping). I sent the package ground UPS (and insured it for the full value). My refund was a full 10% less than what I had originally payed. Since wig returns are probably common, maybe wigs.com could consider cost sharing with the customer? Especially if they take a store credit for the refund? Overall, however, I'm very satisfied and have already bought another wig.

Once I trimmed back the lace front it was perfect. I like that I can tuck one side behind my ear and it still looks natural. I have a small head so for extra holding security I stitched in some metal hair clips to clip to my natural hair. The cut and style are perfect and ready to wear right out of the box. After gentle washing this wig has kept it's style.

I’ve had to return a piece and I’m just waiting on an email for my credit. Process seems pretty flawless. The piece was great but just not the right color.
