Although the color was not exactly as pictured, I had no problem with quickly getting a refund. I went to a wig store to see what the colors of the brand I like really looked like and now know which color to select next time. I'm sure the problem is due to variances in computer monitors rather than any misrepresentation by Wigs.com. Wigs.com offers better prices and a bigger selection than anywhere else. I definitely plan to reorder now that I know what color works for me.
