Okay I was very happy with wigs.com and the customer service five star , but today when I tried to login and find out what happened to my order. I couldn't get through the website so just keep getting error error error so must be the website is down I assumed but you're closed on the weekends when I'm off

The only reason not to put 5 stars is the inaqurate color recognition. The site needs to display the color of the wigs in more detail

The prices for your wigs when you have sales are the best anywhere! It gives me a chance to buy a more expensive wig if I find one I like as it turns out to cost no more on sale than my other wigs cost in local stores. I have had several discussions on wigs with your sales staff and a few have gone above and beyond in being helpful and trying to help me find a wig that I might like. I have worn the Jon Reneau Posh wig for years but it requires a lot of tweaking - too much hair and my stylist here has worked wonders with it. Love the look and quality of that wig. I now am looking for one that I can wear right from the box, and that is continuing to be a challenge. I returned one - Beauty by Ellen Wille and here is where one star is lost - your return policy. I do not like being penalized by a certain fee when a wig is returned, we already have to pay the return postage and between the two any great savings at the time the wig was purchased is significantly diminished. I wanted to order a wig during the 30% sale you just had, but was not willing to put out the money while waiting for a refund on the other wig. Just tedious to me and .not quite fair. In my quest for an "out the box" wig I will probably be trying and returning another several wigs until I find one that works. However, your wigs are of good quality, great prices, and I will continue to buy them. Somehow I wish the process was a little easier

The service was excellent. I got my wig with no problems. However, the wig itself does not look much like the ad. I was disappointed in the styling. It is too long for one thing. I hope my hairdresser can fix it.

I love the HIM collection for men. Unfortunately, the color that was advertised and the color that arrived were completely different. However, your customer service is top notch so I was able to discuss a more realistic color to match my needs with a friendly service rep.

Employees are helpful,fast shipping and I liked the wig. I will continue to order from this company.

Wigs.com has been more than fair with regard to returning/exchanging wigs. The only negative comment would be the shipping/handling fee imposed on each and every order...they should wave the fee if you are exchanging, as do other companies. This fee adds cost to the product, as shopping on line for a product you can not see in person ultimately results in exchanges/returns.
