I am very pleased with the wig I ordered. Everyone thought it was my own hair and wanted to know if I had it highlighted.

The ignite wig is my first and I really like it. The delivery was a bit slow, otherwise I would say 5star.

Shipping was very fast. Your prices are a little inflated and the hairpiece doesn’t look like the picture. It’s kind of could use a little more hair.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Nov 5, 2025
Sandi Sutter Schroeder, We appreciate your feedback and are glad the shipping was fast. We're sorry the hairpiece didn't meet expectations and that it seemed a little thin. We'll review the pricing and product representation.

The Wig that I ordered on line did not look like the one that I received. It is costly because I paid for shipping to get the wrong item. It makes me skeptical about ordering from you online.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Oct 29, 2025
MAXINE AZIMOV, We regret that the wig you received didn't match the online image and that you had to pay shipping for the incorrect item. We appreciate your feedback and will review our processes to ensure better accuracy in the future.
