We understand your disappointment with the sizing discrepancy between your first and second wig purchases we have viewed your account and would like to note while your newest purchase was a large size you first purchase with us was a petite/average which will account for the size difference between the two. You placed your order the night of 12/19 (we are not open to ship), and your order shipped the next day, 12/20, and was delivered on 12/23, within the quoted shipping time of 1 business day. UPS does not deliver on the weekends, so we are clear to say business days when processing and shipping times. We noticed you returned everything you ordered from us, which tells us we aren't helping you in the best way. Hi Sara, When you processed your return, you were given options for the reason for the return, and one was that the item was damaged/defective. You didn't select that option or report issues with the item any time you had it for about 30 days. The item was not returned in its its original condition. All items we ship are new from the manufacturer and have been quality-checked. Therefore, we couldn't accept the return of Zara because of the alteration of the lace and the condition of the wig.
