I always have a good experience with wigs.com. The wigs I have purchased have always come exactly how they look on the models and the colors were always true in person. I rely heavy on the video when picking out my wigs. It's a a great tool and very helpful. They are always delivered discretely and timely. When dealing with something as sensitive as hair loss, especially for a woman, I am very happy with wigs.com and I would recommend them to anyone weather you have a hair loss problem or if you just like the idea of being able to put one on and go.

I am going through chemo and losing my hair. I am new to wigs and needed help in making the right wig choice . I found wig. com staff very helpful and supportive. I purchesed and returned few of them with no problem except that you have to wait several days before getting the credit for the returned item. Zara very nice long full hair but in 3 weeks of occasional wearing started to look matted although I followed all the steps of care came with it and used the recommended products. Camilla very realistic and got lots of compliments on it but similar to Zara wear and tear started to show in 2 weeks frequent wearing. Glamor and more by Raquel Walch is my favorite, very impressive, soft thick hair and looks very real, no one could tell it is a wig but very expensive specially when adding the cost of getting it rooted and cut by my hair stylist.

I have been buying wigs for a very long time. I have always had a good experience with Wigs.com. I love the selections and the many discounts that are offered quite often. I have never had a problem returning or exchanging anything I purchased.

I've been pleased with the speed of delivery and prompt credits for any returns.

This was very nice and just what I expected. I had to return it because the color was not right for my complexion. So disappointed.
