I would highly recommend this site. I have ordered 3 times and been very pleased with my wigs. The ordering process is easy to navigate and the communication via emails is very good. ' Customer service could be improved on however. My first experience with this current order required me to contact customer service...My representative was Brandy? I believe...In my opinion, she was very short and unfriendly with me, not helpful at all. Her phone skills need work. My second attempt, I was connected to Antonia/Antonio and my experience with her was excellent!! She was personable, friendly, helpful, had great phone skills, and was efficient with her task. She also made sure I understood the process I was dealing with (a return with store credit and then a reorder of an out of stock item using the store credit) She made this process flawless. My only complaint would be that the wig I order "Raquel Welch Spotlight Elite" is always out of stock....This may be out of Wigs.com's control but it would be nice to be able to receive it in less then 2-3 weeks. Other then that, I love this wig and have found my products to be of excellent quality.

Color in the photographs appear lighter than the actual wig if you select that color. I have white hair and what appears as light ash blond turns out to be reddish blond. And my stylist can’t change the color even though it’s supposed to be human hair.

Love it!! I've only been wearing Jessica for a week but love it. It doesn't look like a wig and is very comfortable.

Although I returned the wig because the color wasn’t right for me it was very well made. I will definitely order again from this company

I am always impressed with the time it takes to receive my order and how nicely packaged everything is; I also appreciate you continuing to carry particular wigs instead if phasing them out as many others do. I wish you had some newer innovative choices; surely there are other wig designs out there to be found that every wig store isn't already carrying? Thanks for running sales - that's when I buy mine because the prices have nearly doubled in the past 3 years.

The wigs have much longer fringes.

Love your selections and styles however I really wish there were more choices for colors on hairpieces!
