We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the piece you received and your experience. We did inspect the item when received back into our fulfillment center and didn't find any defects with the piece. The Julianne you ordered is a better quality piece, due to the fact that it has Hand Tied Cap Construction. Also, the feedback we usually get on the piece is that it is fuller. We do offer you the option to return items for store credit, therefore you could select a different item all together or color. Our wig experts/client care reps are great resources when it comes to finding that perfect style and color! You selected the refund option, and unfortunately there is a handling fee when returning for refund. The handling fee is $10.00 and the shipping that was paid to the courier when we shipped to you was $7.95, which equals the $17.95 that was taken out. We would be happy to assist you in finding something that might work better and we could put the handling fee as store credit towards a new item. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you allow us another chance and helping you find that perfect style!

We are very sorry to hear of your experience. We did ship the Embrace and the Gift with purchase (the clutch) and that it is at the Post office. The tracking shows "Delivery Attempt Action Needed. This is a reminder to arrange for redelivery of your item before April 8, 2019 or your item will be returned on April 9, 2019. You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice." We also show that we emailed you within 2 days from when the order was placed notifying you about the backorder on the Crowd Pleaser. Usually, once you return a piece we ask that you allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive to process inspection and refund/store credit. Once we receive an item we do email you letting you know we have received and inspected. We do ask that anytime you receive a piece if you feel like something if off or wrong with it that you notify us right away so that we can note the order and help you with returning. If you would like to provide us with further information we would be happy to look into this for you and try and help resolve.

We will even throw in an extra $5 to help cover your shipping costs! Mail in a hair sample to our color specialists- Simply send us a swatch of the hair you wish to match and we will recommend the closest available color. Use our online color charts- We provided the most accurate color swatches available for your convenience. Keep in mind, computer monitor all vary in clarity and resolution. This may not be the optimal choice for you. Wigs.com also has its exclusive TruColor feature, which shows you a photo of each best selling wig in every color available! You get to see the full color distribution of each color on the actual wig you are interested in! This is a feature exclusive to only wigs.com.
