I love it, but I'm having a bit of a problem getting "hair" to stay out off my face.

I thought the response time was too slow for the order I placed that was backordered. I should have been contacted immediately after I placed the order and told that the wig I wanted was on backorder.

Once in a while the sane wig does not have the same color or style . Quality not consistent.

I love my wig's style and fit. It is comfortable even in hottest weather. I have one question. My wig is two colors, dark brown on sides and back with hints of gray. The from is gray. This gray part gets frizzy and looks awful. It caused me to buy a second wig and discard the first. I have since purchased shampoo and conditioner from Wigs.com to replace the synthetic shampoo purchased at a beauty supply outlet. I hope it solves the problem. If you have any other suggestions please let me know. Phyllis

Most of the time I have no problem with the wigs. I did have a problem about 1 1/2 yrs. ago and again this time with the wig being too thin, not shiny (like it was seconds) or worn and returned and not quite long enough. They are getting like jeans, not being consistent with the dimensions and an amount of hair that does not show the wefting or seeing my thin hair through the cap. Somehow they are letting a person sew as little hair as possible on some of them and that does not make for a good looking wig. Remember when you are doing these, if it were you wearing them and for a reason, you would want the same.

The product is great. The color representation is a little off. for the price, there should be free shipping. return process a little slow. Otherwise recommend the site
