Fast service. No questions when I had to return a wig that did not look good on me.

I would highly recommend this company. They are easy to work with, helpful and have good follow through. Their wigs are lovely. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with other wig companies. Not this one. My only comment is I wish they had more options in my color--salt and pepper lending itself to more blackish, dark brown, silver. I would buy way more wigs from this company if they had more styles in this color. I always prefer to work with them whenever possible.

I am pretty new to the alternate hair world, and it was very hard to find something I was comfortable in to start the process. It took quite a few returns to decide color and style, especially when different brands are involved. I now feel comfortable in what I wear, because I had the ability to test things out. If it weren't for such a liberal return policy, I would have given up as I had a few years ago, when the return policy was different. I will likely be a customer for life based on the great customer service I have received so far.

The wigs I have ordered from wigs.com are superb quality with beautiful styles and colors. The wigs I wear are truly lovely and I receive continual compliments when I wear them. The wigs are also easy to wash, style, and wear. Many wigs are simply wash and wear because they hold their style time after time! Wigs.com, I love you!!
