Ordering and shipping was good. I like that you can return the wig. Some places make it seem like you can't return it or even try it on. I chose your web site because it seemed to have the best return policy. My wig doesn't fit very well, but I like the way it looks. I've never worn a wig before, and I don't really like it, but you made the whole process easier. I like your web site. It's easy to maneuver around. I have ordered another wig from you, and hope I'm as satisfied as I am with the first one. (this one will be large, and hopefully fit better). My mom ordered the wig for me, so her name will be next to this review, but this is actually her daughter speaking.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The reason only 4 stars rather than 5 is, according to my order form, I was to receive a free cosmetic bag as a gift and none arrived. When I called to ask about this I was told it was as long as they still had them in stock and they had run out. I would have appreciated a note telling me this when my order arrived rather than leaving me wondering if it was a mistake.

The color is beautiful (Laguna blonde).The amount of hair is perfect and not overly shiny. My only complaint is bangs tend to fall right in my face so I'm taking to a wigologist today to see what she can do, maybe some product and a little styling, I'm not very good at that part.

Love the style, color and fit. But so many stray hairs that stick up that can't be controlled. For the price this shouldn't be happening!
