We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a satisfactory experience. The shipping option you chose (Air 4-6 business day delivery) is quicker and therefore, is a little more. This charge is paid to the courier for delivery, therefore that cost can't be refunded. When returning you have the option to return using any courier service of your choice or our pre-paid label, which cost $7.95. You chose our pre-paid label (again that cost is paid to the courier). As a courtesy we will refund you the $10.00 handling fee. We hope that you allow us another opportunity to assist you in the future. We appreciate your feedback.

We are very sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your experience. Our records indicate you were refunded less $17.95 due to the return shipping cost and handling fee. We do offer you the option to avoid the handling fee by selecting store credit or ordering something else. Our experts are always happy to help assist find something that may have worked better. For the return shipping, you used our pre-paid return label which costs $7.95. However, you do have the option to return using any other courier (USPS, Fedex, etc) of your choice. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you allow us to assist you in the future.

We are sorry to hear that. We received the pieces back into our fulfillment center and inspected. The color you received (that was returned) is the color that was selected when ordered. Our records indicate that as a courtesy you have been refunded for the pieces with no handling fee charged. The refund was processed on 05/27/19. Please allow 3-9 business days to see that reflected. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the piece and for your experience. We have many toppers that may have worked out better and looked more natural. The piece you ordered is not a monofilament piece, which would make the piece look much more natural. Unfortunately, the shipping charges both ways (to and from) are paid to the courier. We do give you the option to use whichever courier service you wish on returning. The handling fee $5.00 could have been waived if a new order had been placed or store credit was selected. We appreciate your feedback and will keep this in mind for future.

However, to avoid a handling/return fee on the item you would need to place a new order. The other option would be to opt for store credit if you are going to purchase a new item.
