Dear Readers Of This Reviews, I have to tell you that I have never had a better experience (even with Amazon) then my purchase from Wigs.com. As a surprise gift, I was hesitant to purchase a wig for my girlfriend after she showed me a photo of the Vivica Fox Kelita wig. "I really like this wig and style, and I would get it in the golden platinum blonder. Do you like this honey?" She asked. So, where am I going with this review for Wigs.com you may ask? Next chapter, I recieved a texted from her that she was having chest pains and was scared. For the next 48 hours we went from Urgent Care to ER and eventually she ended up surgery. She is now okay and doing exceptionally well and loves the fact she lost few pounds. To cheer her up, I ordered the Vivica Fox wig and with great anticaption waited for it to come as a surprise. There was a delay and I contacted Wigs.com customer service via thier website. I was told that the Kelita and the selected color was not available any longer - even though their website showed that it was available. I wrote another email suggesting that Wigs.com need to keep their curstomers appraised on their website -Just a note here, I wrote a business email not a complaint email. To my surprise and to my girlfriend surprise, the golden platinum blonder Kelita wig was delivered. She loves the wig and deserves it after her medical emergency. I don't know how Wigs.com did it, but they came through like champions. Any good business knows how important it is to connect with their customers and to maintain their loyalty. It's not about the money, we live in a society that seem to have lost civility and just plain courtesy. I give Wigs.com five stars and a big thank you for making my girlfriends day a bit brighter and beautiful. Thank You.
