My wig is everything I was hoping to get!
I needed to return the first one I ordered as it was a bit too small for me. The refund process was simple and prompt. The wig I decided on arrived and I was quite impressed. I could wear it right away without it being too shiny or artificial looking. But....especially important was the cut of the style was the same length on both sides (no this isn't the case with all out there) AND there was the same volume on both sides. I had been ordering from another place for years and the quality was getting so bad I thought I would not be able to find another style that would work for me in a better quality. Well, I did! And I am very happy and will be a return customer.

L. Gobel, We're happy to hear that the return process was simple and prompt. We're glad you were impressed with the style, the natural look, and the even cut and volume. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again.
