Really like the products but postage way too steep. £59 post and £23 customs payment on a product that doesn't weigh much and costs less than the post seems very steep to me. I have had parcels from the USA many times and have not incurred this level of charging. Real shame because I would use them a lot otherwise. If you are lucky enough to live in the States and not in the UK then I highly recommend this company. Quality is excellent and service very good.

I love the wig I ordered, but the color and size where off. Returns and refunds were handled in a timely manner. Will gladly order from them again.

I like the wig very much. The color matches my hair perfect. I would have given its 5 star but the only thing I disliked was that the back keeps sliding up. I am not sure if it is me or is it the wig.

price was good. service was great. Refund went flawlessly. My only complaint as an international customer was method of shipping. USPS delivery to Canada usually results in fast delivery with no duty or taxes. Was sent via courier, resulting in duty, taxes and brokerage fee, adding $72 to my purchase to make it an unrealistic buy. I did not see any option or information when ordering as to a choice. There should be one. Thanks for your otherwise good service and product. Wig I ordered just didn't suit me.

Nice hairpiece. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get it to blend in with the top of my hair in the back.

Nothing holds the wig on. If you bend forward or backwards, be careful it might fall off. It's ver full. Makes a large ponytail. Color isn't how it looks on a computer.
