The wig was a good quality but, unfortunately, the style didn't suit me. I was extremely careful in the one time I tried on the wig even using disposable gloves so I wouldn't damage the wig in any way. I meticulously followed the return policy (tags intact, no damage to packaging, wig not worn or damaged in any way) which I found straightforward and easy. I was nothing less than shocked when two weeks later, Wigs.com refused a refund, claiming that the wig was damaged. After a week of emails with regards to the refusal of refund, Wigs.com ultimately offered a store credit. In view of the fact that I truly believe that I fulfilled all terms of the Return Policy, I am not satisfied with this result, especially since I am reluctant to try on a replacement wig for fear of somehow causing damage. My advice to any potential buyer is to be sure to take photos of the wig as received and, if necessary to return, photos of the wig as returned. This may offer some protection from my own very bad experience!

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our records indicate we did issue you store credit for the full amount of the piece although we aren't able to return to the manufacturer. United is an average in size, however some Ellen Wille client's have said can run a bit smaller. The fit may have been the reason for the lace fraying or if lace is pulled/tugged on when trying on that could also cause. We would like to try and assist you and make sure you find another piece that is the right size and look you are wanting. The hair at the top has no lift and the gray color has too much yellow. I will be returning the hairpiece this week.

I don’t like the quality, I ordered the ponytail. Too short to be called ponytail and it’s soo expensive. The hair quality is brassy looking, not good I’m not satisfied.

The wig was on sale but it was a horrible mess, very cheap looking. Because it was on sale I could not return it. I have never had this problem before.

Orchid wig by Estetica turned to frizz after less then 5 weeks and only wearing the wig less then 3 hours a day. I combed it every day with a wide tooth comb. I was given 2 different answers from the wigs.com reps via the phone. One said wigs generally last about 2 mos. and the other said to wash with wig shampoo and also use detangler and wigs will last maybe 4-6 months. NO wig should be frizzy (not just on the ends) after only around 4-5 weeks of wear. The wig cost $180.00. I actually noticed a little frizz starting at about 3 weeks and of course I don't wear my wig at home. The hair cap is very noticeable through the back side of the wig. The manufacturer was not generous enough with hair placement in the rear. People notice it. I wish I could include more pics. I would never buy an Estetica wig again. Never review a wig as soon as you try it on. Wait a month to see how it holds up. Of course I didn't use my real name with this review, but I have been in contact with WIGS.COM and they have the record of the order and I emailed a few photos and they refuse to take back the wig. I shampooed, conditioned and spritzed with the defrizzer. Still a disaster. WIGS.com noted in their response to wash wigs every 7-10 wears. NO ONE DOES THAT! I had worn the wig 3 hrs a day, so every 20-30 hours of wear, you ALL need to wash & condition this wig. That is lunacy! It is a DEFECT in the wig or the manufacturer has poor quality. I have bought other wigs from WIGS.COM, approximately 4 and I washed them and dried on a foam head once a month and not because they looked dirty, but because I thought the wig would stay fresh. I always place my wig on a styrofoam head to keep the shape. I have 2 Noriko wigs that have so far stood the test of time. Stick with what works. I never even heard of this brand, but the wig looked beautiful online and for the first 5 weeks. WIGS.COM did recommend that I steam the wig, but I couldn't find a stylist who had even heard of this.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Orchid. We checked our records and didn't find an order with us for an Orchid. We do recommend washing pieces every 7-10 wears, but the key part to that if you are experiencing tangling/frizzing is conditioning. You can condition the piece more often. If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a hair topper. The picture looked dark brown and the description was dark brown with gentle highlights. The product that arrived was red. I sent it back. It will cost me $7.95 plus $5 restocking fee.
