This is the first time that I ordered with this company. It was an easy experience, the prices were very reasonable and the quality of the wigs was great

I ordered a wig and it came very quickly. I love my wig but the color was off. It was different than the picture and description. I called and spoke with Brittany who was wonderful. She was very patient and waited for me to send pictures of my other wigs. She worked with me and was very nice. I am returning it and getting the color that Brittany suggested. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is the right color. She worked with me to find the right color.

I ordered two Hairdos, one in R25 and one in R22. The R22 matched but was broken. I sent both back with a refund on one and a store credit on the R22 because I wanted it but it was broken. The store credit was wrong so i called and asked if they could look into it and they were able to refund the difference that was missing. I had used a coupon code that was not valid at the point of purchase for the second time but the lady on the phone said she could apply the same amount if i ordered over the phone with her. AMAZING service and will definitely order all my hair needs from them!

Having bought wigs from stores, as well as online, wigs.com actually had an incentive program that when you sign up to their site, you receive messages about special sales that they are offering. Some of the wigs which o buy have price ranges from $450 and up, so a 30% sale is a major game changer. The delivery was prompt and the process was simple, and all of it delivered right to my door. I highly recommend them. It will change your wig shopping experience completely.
