My mother had a stroke almost two years ago which affected her left side so she has difficulty doing her hair. Trying to be frugal she ordered a couple of $20 wigs online and they are hideous! So I purchased a wig from this site that resembled her hairstyle before the stroke. Raquel Welch “Winner” really is a winner! The style was perfect right out of the box with a little fluffing. The color has depth and highlights to make it look natural. The website description was right on. Price was reasonable for the high quality wig she received. Thanks wigs.com! My mom is very happy and feels pretty again!

The wigs I have received from wigs.com always meet my expectations. They are as shown, fit nicely and the colors are as expected. My only wish is that they had more color choices in some of the wigs.

Wigs.com is an excellent company to deal with! Very fair and understanding in how they handle refunds, orders, requests and questions. I have placed 5 orders with them. I have returned 2 orders because the wigs weren't my style. With 1 return, I checked store credit but then placed another order before they received the return. When I called them about that they gladly changed my store credit request to a refund request, noting my account so that would occur when my return came in, and it did. They were very helpful on the phone recently when I was trying to decide which wig and color to buy. I prefer synthetic wigs and the quality has been good. Highly recommend them!
