Good products which I ended up finding at my beauty supply after I ordered. Some of the sales represenitives are more helpful and knowledgable than others at wigs.com Only thing that's a downfall is they take $5 for each product returned so for me it was 3 items at a total of $15 so shop carefully. Other than that the products were fine.

I'm on my third wig>. first was too white, returned for a one in gray. Gray replacement in really bad condition, no styling,very small and not as pictured, so it was returned. Second replacement arrived today, over all as expected except that nape of neck coloring was obviously not matched to blend with the overall wig. I will keep it, but probably will not order again. First order was my bad (ordered wrong color), second order your bad, and third order really a bad match/blend of color.

My product came very quickly and was very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the color was a bit darker than I expected. This could be a difference in my monitor colors. It is a lovely color, just not quite what I expected.

The first wig I purchased had to be returned due to the color not matching the description on line. The return was made easily and I received my money back in a timely manner.

I wish more pictures of hairpieces could be shown—especially from the back! Thanks! Great customer service!

Zara is beautiful, But the black knots make the hair line too noticeable.

The style of this wig is adorable! I did have to cut the bangs however because it’s not a lace front, and the hair line looked really fake. Shiny n bouncy!
