We are sorry to hear the piece didn't work for you. If you don't want to pay for our pre-paid label of $7.95 you can always return using any courier of your choice (which may be cheaper). Please feel free to return the item as long as it is in the original condition and returned within 14 days from when it shipped. We appreciate your feedback and hope that we were able to help resolve this issue.

We are sorry you weren't able to use our pre-paid label for $7.95. Our records indicate you called our client care reps and they emailed it over to you however, you said your printer was not working and that was why you were going to send the self return way. We do try to make returns as simple and easy as possible. We appreciate your feedback.

We are sorry to hear your experience with your most recent order. We do offer the option to return it (especially if the item is possibly defective). Orders/items can be returned as long as they are in the original condition and postmarked within 14 days from when they shipped to you. Our records indicate you did call and notify one of our client care reps and the order has been noted. Once we receive the item we will inspect and notify you the item has been received. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with our customer service, that is one of things we strive for excellence on. We did refund you in full for the cost of the item. The only costs that weren't refunded were the shipping to you and the shipping cost back. Unfortunately, we aren't able to refund those costs because they are dispersed to the courier. Our records don't indicate that you tried to cancel the order. Changes to an order can be made within 2 business hours from being placed because we do ship out quickly. We appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for providing information so that we could look into this further. The returned item was not received back into our fulfillment center with the packaging and manufacturer tags that it is sent out with. Unfortunately, without that we aren't able to accept back. All items we send out are factory fresh from the manufacturer and would come with their packaging and tags stating what the item is and the color. We apologize that we weren't able to accept this item back.

You do have the option to return as long as in the original condition and shipped back within 14 days from when shipped. We don't take out any restocking fees which is why we ask returns be within that time frame. We apologize for any confusion and that you weren't satisfied. As of September 1st we do not charge or take out restocking fees. Our records indicate you didn't have a restocking fee taken out of your refund. The only money you weren't refunded was the shipping cost to ship the item to you and the shipping for returning the item to us. Those costs are paid to the courier. We hope this helps shed some light on your refund and help resolve the issue. We appreciate your feedback.
