I love this wig but it fits like a petite and I always order it in average. It's a bit small on me.

the topper is fine I like it but this is not the color I was expecting. I had ordered medium brown with copper high lights and I got medium color auburn. its not medium brown and if there are suppose to be copper color highlights I cant see them. So the color is very disappointing.

The guy I talked to was great. He called the very next morning after I sent an email. I need to make an exchange & I’m sure it will go smoothly. (Although I can’t get to the post office or UPS until this midwestern deep freeze passes through)! I’m sure I’ll shop Ellen Wille / Wigs.com again in the future...

So far so good. Waiting for word about a hair piece that I returned. I asked for a store credit. It was never worn or netting removed. I hope to get the store credit.

I wish I could try on a wig before purchasing it. I like the site and the wigs Needs more choices in colors and styles

The Ponytail piece I bought was beautiful but it did not look right on me and the color was off so I returned it and I received my money back quickly even though they don’t give you back the shipping charges it was a great experience
