We apologize for any confusion on inconvenience. We do offer the option use a prepaid UPS return label, however you do have to process the return online. The cost to use the prepaid label would be a deduction from your refund of $7.95. You also have the option to return using the courier of your choice. Once we receive your return we will process it accordingly. We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps to clarify.

We are very sorry for your experience and that the item you selected had been discontinued. Although the item in the color you selected has been discontinued we do still have availability in other colors which is why we still have on the site. Plumberry Jam -R is still on there but it does not allow you to order and states the color is not available. Our records show we cancelled the order and voided the transaction, therefore no charge should be showing. Our inventory changes minute to minute and we try our best to keep the site updated with correct inventory. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience.

We are very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your experience. We try to make purchasing and returning as easy as possible. However, due to this items having to meet requirements when being returned. They have to be in the original condition they are sent out in. All items we ship are factory fresh and the items we received back did not have the factory fresh smell and had a tear in the lace which is a delicate material. Due to this we couldn't accept for return. We are sorry that we weren't able to assist you with this.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. But orders placed for International Shipment will have duties owed to the country being shipped to and we do not cover these fees or pay the difference in price. We appreciate your feedback.

You can also send pictures or a hair sample in to get help with finding the right color. If you don't have access to a printer to return you can return to the address on the packing slip using any courier of your choice. We hope this helps! We appreciate your feedback
