I sent it back and exchanged for Start by Ellen WIlle. It is an absolutely gorgeous wig and I can't wait to wear it. I will be purchasing several more wigs in the future from wigs.com. I got my new wig back within a week. I read the reviews before ordering from this company and they were all positive.
