You made the purchase easy. I like that you show the products in a little video. The problem is trying them on. It would be too time consuming to send back and forth. But you offer that option for those who don't mind the time constraint. I am not going to purchase a wig at all. I will just wear head scarves until my hair re-grows.

I’ve merely tried it on so far, but, hoping it’ll be a fun, easy and comfortable accessory. 4 stars because as a first-time buyer, I failed to notice a clear enough alert that this wig only comes in one size. The large curl pattern, rooted color choice, and texture of hair are all stunning and realistic. Not having used or washed it yet, I’ll trust the curl and texture will hold up with wear. I’m convinced it’s necessary to purchase proper maintenance products, which I’ll do asap. I’ve bought a variety of clips, headbands, and pins, which will add styling versatility. Being new to modern (wig) cap constructions, I’m happy to see how far they’ve evolved. Wigs from the 90’s were far too hot and hypothyroidism altered my internal temperature gauge. They also itched and gave bonus pressure-point headaches. 😂 Sadly, they went unused and I wasted my money. I’m learning what caps are best while having bio hair. I decided to try a lacefront synthetic wig with mono part in a basic wefted cap. Figuring out how to tuck bio hair neatly since a stocking-style liner proved to be troublesome. It instantly started rolling and didn’t work with the lacefront hairline. Bought a silicone “sure grip liner”, hoping it’ll help keep my new wig in place and eliminate pressure headaches. We’ll see how I progress, having the desire to get out the door quickly looking marvelous. Thanks.

I am very happy with one of two wigs that I just received. Trendsetter by Raquel Welch is perfect for me, the length and color I was looking for. The other wig, Allysa by Envy was not for me because it had the darker roots.

My only recommendation for improvement of Wigs.com, would be to offer coverage of postage on returns. The hair topper I orders was wonderful, but the color did not work out. When ordering sight unseen, there's is obviously more chance of having to return an item. Because the postage is so costly, I think I'll stick to buying hair products through on site stores only. The product itself appeared to be high quality.

This wig is very attractive and the delivery time was really fast. I seem to be between sizes. I ordered a petite which is just a smidge too small but I liked the way the wig looked on me so I am keeping it. I plan to purchase another in a different color.

Color and fit perfect. Had to thin it out, a little too much hair for me.

Wig looks good but if you wear eyeglasses it does not have the ear tabs. You have to keep arranging the hair around the ears when you put them on and off.
