So far, so good. I'm waiting on a refund on a return that didn't work for me - we live in an ecommerce world and EVERY industry needs to be flexible with returns - even the wig industry. So, we will see how wigs.com fares.

...ordered a discounted wig on sale and when it arrived, the color was not what I expected. I panicked, thinking there would be no recourse. Customer Service was wonderful! A better color for me was not available at the discounted price, but the person I spoke with gave me a 30% discount off the upgraded wig. Although I ended up paying more, I got what I really wanted. And she did not have to offer me the discount. I'm thrilled with Wigs.com. They went the extra mile to make me feel good about my purchase. I'll be back!

Such a fun little hairpiece and it was easy to blend it into my own hair with just a few added highlights to my own for the summer. Its a little bit shiny, but I plan to wear it with a scarf wrapped around my head for even more fun. The reason I got it was because the humidity here often will make my real hair frizzy after a few hours. This will make getting ready easier because I usually wear a ponytail anyway, so this looks very natural to me. Came in a very timely manner and the price was great!

The website was easy to navigate and find the wig I was looking for; the online purchase went smoothly and I was amazed at the speed in delivery time. A big surprise and one those purchasing from out of country should be aware of is the extra fee charged by customs that is applied on delivery ($20).
