Absolutely unethical.
After careful consideration, I purchased 2 toppers by Jon Renau. I selected two different styles and coverages with the intent of only keeping one that looked best. After trying on both, I chose and sent one back. To my complete shock, they did not refund the money. I careful put it back in the box as requested, with tags in tack. I was informed it was out of the 2 week window. I said it was ridiculous and unethical to expect people be under that strict of time restrictions, especially because they can restock my item with no problem. I had to pursue them to send the item back,(because I paid for it.). They lost a customer for life. People who need wigs often are going through medical issues or after a baby and dealing with hair loss. What a shameful, shameful way to treat people who spend money in your company. A similar online company has a 45 day return policy.( I checked because I felt scammed). Needless, to say now I have a topper that is expensive that I can’t wear. Shame on this company and their unethical practices.

We apologize for your experience and that we weren't able to accept your return. We allow 14 days because typically if a client receives a piece and know after trying on that it doesn't work they then would return it. Allowing a longer return time more often can lead to client's keeping and wearing a piece and then returning. The pieces we sell are factory fresh from the manufacturer therefore we don't sell "used" or worn pieces. We appreciate your feedback and again are sorry we weren't able to accept the piece back.
