There no one who speaks Spanish in customer service. This is so difficult to talk with a representative to get a good information about a wig.

Delivery was fast, but usps notifications were not correct. At first it said expected delivery end of Friday, but on Thursday suddenly changed to ‘ unable to deliver’. I called them and they said the parcel was still at customs. Again the notification changed, it showed the parcel was still in the States, but before then it was showed the parcel was already in my province in Canada. Eventually it was delivered the next day as scheduled. Some unnecessary confusion..... hope this won’t happen again. The wig is pretty good.

1st star the quality of the wig and the thickness is beautiful 2nd star the lace front and mono top is excellent 3rd star the wig was delivered fast I would have given 4 stars but the color I ordered was 6F27 as seen on the video Mila Petite. The wig is not the same color its all a little too light but it is not horrible. I am just too impatient to send back for another try.

I really like my top piece, it matches my natural hair beautifully. No one can even tell I’ll wearing it. My only complaint is that 2 of the 4 snap clips don’t work well so I’ll have to replace them. They really should have been inspected better, especially for a human hairpiece.

great wigs but color not what I expected.

I was a first time buyer from wigs.com. The service was great but the product didn't measure up to the picture that was displayed, the color was very pretty though, and the texture of the wig was true to human like, just wasn't the right wig for me.Thank you Wigs.com for great service and a "quick return" of credit. 😎👍

The colors didn’t really match the website. A lot lighter than I wanted.....
