UPS lost my package, it's been 2 weeks and they still dodge my questions. I wish wigs.com would just reship my order so this headache would be over. I'm a model and photographer and rely on these wigs for my income. Edit: UPS finally retrieved my package from the wrong address and delivered it to me! The wigs are excellent quality. I wish UPS wasn't so incompetent but the situation has been resolved and I'm happy

I purchased a wig but unfortunately had to return since the color and size didn’t work out for me. The return process was hassle free. Their customer service is awesome. I am now looking for another wig from them and would definitely purchase from them again.
