If you could give customers more time to ship back or exchange a item as my first order I was in the hospital and I live in a remote area and have a post office viz so I was unable to pick up my mail for a few weeks and now If I can't exchange my wife foe a diff. Color choices then I'm out $160.00I spent on the wig. I have sent several emails and contacted customer service but I haven't heard back from them? Sincerely Ashley Barbara Cameron-Corbin

Good wig, fits fine and looks pretty good, but a little dull. Wanted something a little spikier.

Very slow shipping and much higher prices on the same wigs. However, the wig is very nice and well made.

I got the Raquel Welch Dare To Be Pink. The cap was a little too small so I had to return it, but the wig itself arrived in great condition. The return process was very easy. I will come back to this site when I am ready to order another wig.

Arrived in a decent time-frame, I did upgrade shipping. Color matches exactly. The piece itself is a bit smaller than I anticipated. Most synthetic hair tends to be very shiny, this hair is a bit dull. But overall I am happy.

My first wig to get me through chemo treatments and hair loss. I have to get used to having so much hair on my head after so much thinning. The wig is beautiful and with a few touches by my hair dresser should work out fine.
