Item arrived in a decent amount of time and as described. I found the videos with your model wearing the wig helpful. Although I am satisfied with my purchase and have no desire to return it, your return policy seems to be customer friendly so I feel I can shop with confidence.

Great selection. Wonderful customer service. One of my favorite places along w their outlet store to buy a wig because of excellent return policy.

Love the new wig! I've received a number of complements on how nice, and natural it looks the first time I wore it. The texture of the hair is wonderful, so soft. The entire process from selection to receipt was easy and efficient.

I was able to try a few different toppers until I found one that I liked. Only had to pay shipping fee for returns...no restocking fee! Shipping is FAST since their company is located in U.S. That's hard to find! Toppers I ordered from other websites usually came from China and took weeks to arrive. The hair is beautiful and so is the packaging. Don't hesitate to order! You won't regret!
