Called about a return I was going to make. The wig arrived in poor condition even to the point of possibly having been worn. When I described the wig to the service person, she disputed every comment I made. She was extremely rude. Told me all wigs come directly from the factory. Described how humidity there could have caused some issues. I told her I had only called to describe this wig because I didn’t want anyone to think I had caused/used it. On the positive side she set up the replacement wig to be sent as soon as the old one was received. I can’t even count the number of wigs I have purchased thru Wigs.com. At least 15 or more and this was the first negative experience. I have her name but will keep it private.

The wig was too small and it looked like it was used because it was cut in the front. I was questioning to myself!!! It the wig comes in different sizes why we don’t get the option to choose a size when buying???

Dear Dawn, I am sorry to hear you experienced some issues with the election of sizing please note we do have a way to filter by cap size as not everything is offered in multiple sizes such as the dawn that is only offered in an average cap size.

I can’t believe how long it took you to deliver my wig. So instead of looking forward to trying my wig and enjoying it, I became irritated and frustrated when my wig took over 1 month to reach me. In these days of immediacy, I have had items delivered from the US within a week yet you took over a month. Not impressed.

The wigs I have ordered are not of the same quality as past wigs I have ordered. You need to check your quality control. The quality has really gone down from the past. I have ordered many wigs from you and the latest ones are not up to par.

The cap was not high enough as the ear tabs were not close enough to the ears. My first wig, and it wasn't a good fit. It was round enough.
