The wig didn’t look like the picture, so I was disappointed... and it really looked like a cheap wig... something you would get at a party store that has wigs as part of costumes. 🤨

Like Larry Hanna and Courtney wrote in April 2020, this was my first time ordering from Wigs.com as well. I didn't like the color and wasn't certain the fit was quite right. I called and spoke with a rep immediately, and she recommended a different wig, which I ordered. I was told the same thing about my return, that the wig was "damaged." I tried it on for 5 minutes while I was on the phone with the representative, who even instructed me how to put in on. They sent me photos and it looked like someone cut notches into the lace front and the felt was very fuzzy and looked worn. I immediately called back and disputed that the wig in the inspection photos looked worn, with pieces of brown hair stuck in the felt (my hair color is intense red). They insisted they could do nothing other than charge me $8 to ship it back to me, offer a 25% discount on another wig, or just dispose of it. I will be in contact with the Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB. This was a $350 wig which I only tried on once and sent back immediately. My head size is average according to their measurements and the same size as the second wig I ordered from them. The entire inspection is suspect, especially after reading about the same circumstances and reviews here! I would love to compare pictures. I wish I had taken pictures before I returned the wig. No surprise you are not instructed to do that. It is easy for someone to alter the wig once back in their posession. This needs investigation by someone unrelated to the company. They've shipped the wig back to me. Same response as others. Sorry... I've filed a case with the BBB

Like Courtney wrote on April 17, 2020, this was my first time ordering from Wigs.com. I ordered for my wife and when she received the two wigs, neither were the color she ordered. She tried one of them on, just to see if it would work, and immediately returned it to it's original packaging. We attempted to follow the online return instruction, but could not get it to work. We waited until their normal hours and was sent a return shipping label. Both wigs were returned to the original boxes, tags still attached, placed in the original shipping box and returned. Upon Wigs.com receiving the wigs, they informed us they would not accept them as they were damaged: one had an odor (they could/would not say of what) and the one she did not try on had a tear (a small piece of the netting was unraveling). They offered to destroy the wigs and offered a 25% discount on her next purchase. Unfortunately she had already ordered two more wigs from them, which now she truly regret as they are in to us for over $1,600.

This was my first experience purchasing from Wigs.com. I will never ever purchase from wigs.com ever again. I tried to return them back and they refused to return them after I had it for one day. When I called customer support they simply didn’t care at all. I spent $500 on wigs I can’t even use. I’m mortified by this experience. I urge people to never buy from them. Aliexpress is a more reliable source to purchase from and that’s saying something.

Ordered a ponytail in a light brown color (10). When I received it yesterday it was very dark almost to what the sample online showed as a (4). I realize I paid $7.95 in shipping to have it delivered and then to return it I would have to pay another $7.95 which seems outrageous. When I called customer service it seemed as if the representative was reading off a page when I said the color was not even close to being what was shown on the page. She said that I could have sent a hair sample in. I would expect, that in this day and age and with all the technology available, that a closer representation of the true color of the piece would be available. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that they had just "left for the day". It was 3 p.m. I was told that a supervisor would call me back today. As of yet, and it is 1:25 in the afternoon, I have not received a call. I will never order another piece from this company.

Returned an item that they said I could return and then they wouldn’t give me a refund - had to dispute

The new wig pretty please was what I ordered and is back ordered until August so I cancel the order
