I have now ordered (and received) 3 wigs from wigs.com. Each shipped the next day and I received them very fast. I thought I’d picked the wrong color on one and tried to cancel the order but was too late As it had already shipped. Customer service sent me an apologetic email and assured me I could return the wig for a refund if I chose to. As it turns out, I have loved all of the wigs I got and even the one I tried to cancel. I will not hesitate to make all my future purchases from wigs.com.

My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. The wig was absolutely beautiful. I am very satisfied with the entire process, and will be ordering again.
