We are sorry to hear this. Our records indicate for the order you reference you ordered a human hair bang in a brown (chestnut) color and that is what was shipped to you. We would recommend checking to see what company you received the wig from.

The hair piece is poor quality and no return label was included. To send it back, I have to go on line and try to print it out. I have not been able to print it out.

Color is all wrong. Need to return
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jun 22, 2020
We are sorry to hear the color didn't work. We would recommend returning and using the courier of your choice which is least expensive. If you use our pre-paid label the refund or store credit will be less the return shipping cost of $7.95. Using another courier may be less expensive. If you would like our experts to assist you in selecting color they would be happy to help! We appreciate your feedback and hope you allow us the opportunity to get the color right!

I received a wig that turned out to be two-toned: brown on top, black on bottom. Definitely couldn't tell this from the photo on the website. I returned the wig and they refused to provide a refund as they said I damaged the wig. They then offered me a 25% coupon on my next wig. When I went to order another wig, the website is offering 30% off to all customers. So basically, I got nothing and am out the full amount of the wig, $125.

We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the color and that we didn't accept the item back as a return. Unfortunately one of the tracks that holds the wefts was stretched to the point of almost being ripped. We did offer to return the item to you or to dispose of the item and offer you a discount on a future order. Our client care manager has also reached out to you to try and assist. We appreciate your feedback.
