We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the piece you received. Since the item is a synthetic piece you can't style using heating tools and you wouldn't have very much styling and parting versatility due to it only having monofilament in the part area. Synthetic pieces are meant to be be ready to go right out of the box. We also apologize for any confusion with returning. You are able to return this piece as long as it is in original condition. We are very sorry to hear the piece didn't work. We did extend our return policy to 45 days due to COVID starting at the end of March. Unfortunately this was delivered in February therefore we wouldn't be able to accept back. We apologize for any inconvenience but do appreciate your feedback.
