Delivery was prompt and with signature confirmation required, I am very happy with this overall service. The products I have purchased over the years have generally always met expectations. I frequently recommend wigs.com to friends and acquaintances.

Excellent experience for first time buyer !
Speedy delivery. Good communication on delivery status. Lovely wig. Color as shown in chart. Problem with my email address, called and spoke to a customer service rep who was very pleasant, professional and helpful with this issue. Very satisfied. PS: I spent many hours viewing short wavy wigs from numerous suppliers and there don’t seem to be many to choose from. So I was so happy to find a natural looking, good quality product.

Carol, We're happy to hear about your speedy delivery and that the color matched the chart. We appreciate your positive feedback regarding our customer service and are glad they were helpful and professional!

My wig was lost for a few days & went to Oregon twice instead of southern CA. Luckily I was in no hurry to get it. The wig was perfect out of the box. I feel needs a little trim & will have a beautician take care of that. I will be ordering this wig again.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™May 5, 2026
Geraldine, We appreciate your review! We are so glad the wig was perfect despite the shipping issues. We value your intention to order again and hope your next experience is seamless.
