The wigs have been great and I have no problem with the customer service. But the past three orders I’ve placed they do not have my color or an acceptable second choice color in stock and I have to wait months for my order to come in. :(

One negative: Frustrating Return policy Loved the old policy. If I didn't like the color/style, I could call the 800 #, place an exchange order, then return the wig with the form reflecting the exchange #. But the real beauty of it....they still honored the discount for the exchange and I didn't have to wait several weeks to get it. Since that is no longer their policy, I better know exactly what I want or take a chance hoping I like it and willing to play the game.

I have ordered the same wig same color for at least 5 years. 2-3 a year. Until recently I ordered RL5/27 as the color then I tried another color and the color was ok but the quality of the wig itself had changed. The curls were much more straight and the wig did not last as long before it began to fray. So 2 weeks ago I ordered another one in the new color and one in my old color. Again the darker wig had little to no curl and the other one RL5/27 color was very harsh. Way to much red. Very brassy looking. But the curls were back on that one. I don't know if Raquel Welch went to a new manufacturer or what. I had to send back both wigs. But kudo's to Wigs.com because they accept back the products and I just or again! I won't give up on them or Raquel's wigs.

From order date to receipt takes way too long

I ordered Eve by Jon Renau in shaded praline. Typically this a a beautiful color but quite often inconsistent. This wig was very dark with very little blonde highlights. The wig is nice but the color is way too dark. Disappointed.

I've ordered several different types of wigs, about half of them have kinky short hairs at the base. I do prefer the Ellen Wille human hair collection.

I have ordered four wigs from wigs.com. I returned one with no problems (the color didn’t complement me). Two I love and wear all the time. They are good quality. The first one, though, got permanently frayed on the bottom. I contacted wigs.com and they tried to act as if I hadn’t cared for it properly, which was not the case. They then suggested a local wig shop. The shop did not help the wig in the long run and after being styled there, it doesn’t bounce like normal hair anymore and regained that frayed look.

I received my wig fast, but it was bit shiny at first and I thought it looked fake. After a few years it began to look more natural.
