We are sorry to hear the Blake didn't fit. Our records indicate the order number you reference was for Charme by Ellen Wille which it looks like you kept. If that piece worked we can let you know that one is hand tied and is petite/average which would fit differently than the Blake you ordered (W2-557586) which is a basic cap in average. This is the first feedback we have received about the Blake being smaller than average. Please feel free to contact our representatives to better assist you with finding the right style and size. We appreciate your feedback.

As per your discussion with the manager (Tanya) we made an exception and allowed you to return, however we did mention we would have to return to the manufacturer and get approval to return to them. We have returned the item and haven't heard back but we will process your refund for the Gwyneth. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
