Have always had great service. The wigs I have ordered and got have always been very nice. BUT the only reason I knock my review down is because when you go to order a wig and it's not "in stock" it doesn't tell you. So you think your order is on the way but in fact you may receive an email a week or even later telling you that "you have chosen a popular color of said wig" and we will notify you when it will be in stock. Either tell me or not if said wig is in stock at the moment I order so I can make another choice is all I ask. 🤗 Thanks so much.

I am usually satisfied but I always have a problem with sizing.. most wigs are average, I have a small head and The wigs I like don’t come in petite... I have a small head and still have to alter the petite... why is there not more stylish petite wigs available??? Or why is there no option to order average wigs in petite size... I have Alopecia since I’m 11yrs old and have no hair and I’m sure their are others who share my frustration... Sincerely, Marie

I often receive good and prompt service from wigs.com, but my last order saw the recurrence of an old issue. They didn't have the wigs I ordered in stock and it took 4 weeks from them to get them in stock and send them to me. Which would have been fine if they had only had the courtesy to send me an email explaining there would be a delay and why. This is not good enough - customers need to be kept in the loop if there is a delay, not left wondering and having to press wigs.com for an explanation.

I have bought the same wig for years from wigs but the quality has gone down the wigs are a lot thinner than they used to be. They need to go back to how they used to be.

For the price of this topper, the quality of the hair is poor: dull and dry looking. It does have a decent amount of hair though. I will be returning it. I had purchased a human hair piece last year and loved the quality of the hair, so I thought i’d try another. The hair in the piece by Wig Pro: Front Line was much healthier looking with more bounce.

Colors (most of the time) do not match written description—much less swatches on site. I have found myself going back and forth on returning and re-ordering until the color is right and ignoring all description and photo images as long as I am in the basic shade category. This is time consuming, costly and inconvenient.

I have had good experiences with Wigs.com and bad-- this time it was bad. The wigs had no curl and didnt look like the ones i ordered last time. They had to be sent to my hairdresser first -- i could do nothing with them. She couldnt do much either-- so i wear them for everyday and wont buy again unless i can be assured they will come with all the curls. Patricia

I am not fully please with the response from Wigs.com. I have tried a couple of times to reach someone regarding my account. I wanted to know if I still have a credit that I could use and how I would apply that credit to a future purchase. I have never received a response/reply or the courtesy of a contact to see what wigs.com could do for me as a customer.
