It takes too long to get the products ordered. The status update via email is inadequate, and sometimes you have to wait many days to hear about your order, and that includes learning that it is back-ordered, which is frustrating. And since many of us are new at ordering wigs and have a learning curve in terms of style and color, full refunds should always be given as long as the return conditions are met. There should not be a re-stocking fee or return shipping fee, when you are trying to learn what works best for you. I like that you get the latest styles fairly quickly on your website. The choices are good.

The only reason I gave you 3 stars is that you constantly run out of my favorite wig by Raquel Welch Editors Pick/ shaded 19/23 I don't understand why the purchaser is not doing his or her due diligence! Makes no sense and is very frustrating, had to wait almost 8 months on one occasion. Someone needs to do their job better! Marie

Not enough lift at the base. Too flat.

I order many wigs from this company and have for many years. Recently I ordered a new style which didn’t work and had to pay for shipping both ways! My order was over $500. For good customers, there should be some perks. I have alopecia universalis and think shipping should be a perk for good customers who need wigs for medical reasons.

Every time I order from Wigs.com, my order seems to be on backorder. Not sure why items are listed that are not in stock. You get charged immediately upon the order being placed but have to wait around for a week or two before you are notified about a backorder. I'm not overly impressed ....

I really like the style. I am disappointed with the texture of the hair it feels like Barbie doll hair. The color is blonde and very shiny. To me it looks like a wig. The cap is too big even with the adjustable straps. I still like wigs.com and I’ll look there for my next one.

Please more consistent, poor styling, some fit small, and etc.I got a Sparkle once and it was perfect, held its style and that was the last time.
