We are sorry to hear the color was not as you hoped and that you feel it looks different from the picture. The color chosen was a light brown, however the swatch will/can look different because it is a small image of the color in lighting. We would like to see if we can help make this better. You can return the piece and we would be happy to refund you or make a different color recommendation. Our representatives have also emailed you with options. Our representatives did assist you with returning but those issues were not mentioned and our returns inspection team did not find it to be defective in any way. We can assure you the pieces we send out are factory fresh from the manufacturer. Please know in the future if you feel you received a defective piece or it was not as described to contact us as soon as you receive it so that we can make note and be sure to inspect the piece accordingly. Wendy, thank you for your feedback. Your frustration is understandable. We apologize for not being more clear in our efforts to make the return process as easy as possible. It is true that you are refunded 100% of the product cost as well as the taxes. However, the shipping is not refundable. When you use our prepaid shipping label which we provide through our returns process, this is also deducted from your return. This is standard procedure for many companies and a service designed to make it as easy for our clients to get a shipping label for their package. I hope this explanation helps clarify our intention to make life easier and not more frustrating. Thank you again for shopping with wigs.com and I sincerely hope you try shopping with us again.

The Anastasia you ordered was not on clearance but on our stale sale which means it was inventory we had sitting in our warehouse not that it was used or returned.
