Wigs were exactly as ordered and the delivery was amazingly fast. I have not had experience with returns since both the wigs received were perfect. These are the first wigs I have ever purchased and I chose lace front Raquel Welch on stage and opening act in RL12/16. Both look very natural.

I have had no problems with wigs.com. I spent a lot of time deciding which wig i wanted also which color i wanted. I found their website very user friendly and placed my order which was sent to me within 24 hours. When recieved my package everything was in good shape. I did see a black hairnet in the box which was unexpected so called and asked if that meant it was used. They were very polite and explained that all their wigs are sent with a hairnet. The fit and color were just what i expected it did take me a little while to get used to seeing myself in hair again but i expected that. I would definitely recommend wigs.com. Their prices are reasonable and live up to their promises.

The wig I ordered is beautiful. Unfortunately, it was not my style and I had to return it. Wigs.com made the return easy and I was refunded my money very quickly. i will order from Wigs.com again. Thank you for being customer friendly.
