I was told by the website if I signed up to be notified, I would be emailed when the out of stock item became available. I never received an email. I waited and waited. Finally, I checked stock and it was available.

When I order the wig I asked for a Gratitude by Gabor medium Brown. I asked also Aldo for a express delivery because I was in United States (I Live in Brazil). So the delivery took many days and the colour is completely wrong. And I am without the wig

I like the product it's perfect! But my parcel was expedited and I never wanted that. I had to pay the UPS guy over 50 bucks to get my wig. It was my mom who paid for it and we used her credit card as I don't have one so it was even more embarrassing when I had to call her for her credit card number.For one, that it straight up robbery. I would have happily waited the couple weeks for it to come in the mail. Why didn't I have the option when ordering it online? If that's something I have to call about or call in to order if I want snail mail then that it just ridiculous. Change that or else I'm never buying from here again. That one thing just turned me off from you whole website.

I think wigs.com has the best customer service policies of any online hair store, but I wish they had a greater selection of manufacturers, styles and colors.

I have ordered 3 hair toppers/wigs from wigs.com. Delivery is super-fast and the customer service agents are very friendly. My biggest beef: I have tried to order several different items multiple times, and they are sold out. There is a notification button that you can click on for them to tell you when it is back in stock, but I have never received notifications. Also, my last wig I really like, but its a little big for me. If I send it back, I have to pay a restocking fee as well as shipping for a refund! I have no problem paying the shipping, but why the restocking fee? To me, thats bad business and I know because we own a business. I won't be ordering from wigs.com again.

I love the color and style of this wig. However, I ordered a petite and it fits more like an average, so I’m bummed about that.

The original description said it has a mono filament cap. I ordered the style with expedited shipping. Waited and waited and finally called. Never received a call back as promised. Did get email stating the wig was on back order . Then got another e-mail stating the wig would not be available for several weeks. Just received it and was disappointed at the quality. The description of the wig is now changed to lace front mono. If cap is important to you, this is closer to a basic cap with poor small lace front. The dark hair looks like hair plugs. AS this is my last wig before I start just wearing my new short hair that's growing out I did not want to pay a restocking fee and took it to my stylist. She had to do quite a bit thinning out the crazy heavy top into sideswept bangs and fixing the extremely long totally disconnected sides that hit my collarbone. Because of the cap style the top still looks bulky.

I love my real hair ponytail but the weave part is too stiff so I'm worried that it doesn't look so natural.
